Tom During our stay at Hilton Busan, we got the opportunity to enjoy the buffet spread at Da Moim Restaurant. Da Moim actually means “everyone has gathered”. Not only is it a perfect venue for the entire family to wine and dine, it also has one of the largest food selection in Korea. One of the first things that we noticed about Da Moim is its sheer size! The high ceilings accentuates the large layout of the restaurant. Moreover, you’ll also be able to enjoy pool and sea views. Hilton Busan Da Moim Restaurant Buffet Spread – What 2bearbear Had
Besides, the sheer variety (we literally took 15 minutes to find out what’s on the menu!), we’ve got to say that the meat selection was one of our favourite part of the buffet. The BBQ meats off the charcoal-grilled rotisserie were not only nicely charred but were also tender and juicy!
Tom’s favourite section was the sushi and sashimi selection. Again, the variety shows. The sushi also had Korean flavours which made it unique. Kate’s favourite section was definitely the desserts! The cakes were so beautifully decorated with fresh strawberries and copious amounts of chocolate. The strawberry (instead of the usual chocolate) fondue, was a another highlight.
