The Oxley Gallery and restaurants located next to both Novotel Singapore on Stevens and Hotel Mercure Singapore on Stevens is set to become the next foodie enclave in Singapore. With 14 dining estbalishments such as Winestone, Blue Lotus Chinese Grill House and Fisk Seafood Bar and Market, this new establishment will definitely excite the local culinary scene. Long Beach Seafood is also set to open at Stevens Road by Chinese New Year 2018.
To get to Novotel on Stevens, you can drive, take a bus and stop at Raffles Girls School (buses 105, 132, 190 and 972) or you can take a shuttle bus from T Galleria DFS (Scotts Road). It is at the rear (back door) of DFS and the bus timings are as follows

The interior of the Superior Room at Novotel Singapore on Stevens is stylish and trendy. The modern headboard of the bed, turquoise blue sofa as well as the artistic splashes across the carpet brings about a contemporary vibe as you enter the room. The room adopts an open concept for the shower. For privacy, blinds can be lowered as well. The rainshower head was a plus for us. As with most business hotels, you’ll find usb charging points in the room with control of lightings in the room right next to the bed. Of course, our favourite part of this room is the pool view – when the sun is out, we head to the pool! 😉
Swimming Pool & Gym of Novotel on Stevens Singapore
There are not 1 but 2 swimming pools at the Hotel Novotel on Stevens. The infinity pool that has a view of Orchard Road as well as the lap pool next to the gym and tennis court…
The gym is also probably one of the most well-equipped gyms we’ve seen in hotels in Singapore. This shows a paradigm shift where travellers also places emphasis on staying fit on-the-go. The huge gym, lap pools and tennis courts show that the Accor Hotel group is heading in the right direction. After your work out, you can shower in the gym and replenish with MIND oxy-ion water 🙂
Food Exchange Novotel Singapore
For dinner, we headed to for buffet at Food Exchange – Novotel Singapore on Stevens‘ in-house restaurant.
Chef Janne Ollikainen, who has won many accolades during his tenure at luxury hotels across asia, helms the the Food Exchange restaurant at Novotel Singapore on Stevens. The open concept at Food Exchange promotes conversations and also interaction with the chefs. Chef Janne himself for instance, helms the risotto live cooking station while other chefs does the foie gras and noodle stations for the dinner buffet at Food Exchange. With selection of Western, Asian and Indian cuisine, the variety at Food Exchange Dinner Buffet offers patrons with plenty of choices…

In the evening, we took the shuttle bus to Orchard Road and enjoyed the Christmas lightings.
Breakfast at Novotel Singapore on Stevens Food Exchange
Breakfast is included with a stay at Novotel Singapore on Stevens at Food Exchange as well. Again, Food Exchange trumps in terms of variety and you can have anything from porridge to prata with butter chicken to danish pastries and even a small selection of sushi…
For breakfast at Novotel on Stevens, we enjoyed the prata with butter chicken as well as the chocolate danishes complemented with flat white coffee. More please!
